Jenny Stone
Jenny Stone founded Covert Park in 2018 and serves as Founding Partner, providing strategic guidance and oversight to client initiatives. Jenny has worked side-by-side with government and industry for more than 20 years and is a recognized expert in critical infrastructure protection and the homeland security doctrine, regulations, and partnership framework-built post 9/11 to manage the risk and threats to our country.
Jenny’s relationships extend beyond the Capital Beltway and traditional federal homeland security partners to state and local partners and the private sector. Her work experience combined with these relationships contribute to Jenny’s holistic perspective on security matters. This perspective has been leveraged by clients to identify new partnership opportunities, drive innovation, and develop solutions to the most complex security and resilience challenges our nation faces.
Managing Partner
Mo McGowan
Mo McGowan has been involved in Homeland Security activities since early 2002. Mo helped stand up and has been recognized as an official "Plank Holder" for the Transportation Security Administration. His service with the agency was both in the field in Dallas, Texas and at headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. His service in the agency culminated with him serving as Assistant Administrator for the Office of Security Operations which included leading a workforce in excess of 53,000 federal employees.
After retiring from the US Government, Mo has remained involved in Homeland Security activities as a consultant supporting many clients seeking to engage the federal government in support of their mission. Mo has primarily focused on technology applications that are considered and ultimately deployed in support of government operations. Mo is a Strategic Advisor for the Government Technology and Services Coalition and serves on Grant Panels for the National Safe Skies Alliance.
Prior to serving at TSA, Mo retired at the Command level from Municipal policing. His combination of broad experience in law enforcement, state and local government, federal agencies, and the commercial sector gives him a deep appreciation for how to support clients and make them successful in the endeavors they seek.
Mo McGowan has been with Covert Park since inception. Mo provides leadership to the Covert Park team and manages day to day activities for the company to include interaction with the client base.
